Order Processing: Orders are generally processed within one business day after payment is received.

Vendor Lead Times: Since many of our items ship directly from the manufacturer’s or distributor’s warehouse, estimated lead times can vary by brand or product. You will receive an email confirming the expected lead time shortly after placing your order.

Payment Confirmation: Your credit card will only be charged after we confirm the lead time and availability with you via email.

Estimated Shipping and Delivery Timeframes

Delivery Time: Transit time after shipping typically ranges from two to eight business days, depending on the delivery address and freight carrier.

Backorders: If your product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you, place it on backorder, and provide an updated estimated shipping timeline.

Note: Orders valued under one hundred United States dollars will incur a thirteen dollars and ninety-five cents ($13.95) ground shipping fee.

All standard freight shipments include curbside delivery at no additional cost unless upgraded options are selected. We also offer the following enhanced delivery options:

Standard Curbside Delivery (Included with Free Shipping)
The item will be delivered to the curb or the end of your driveway. The driver is not responsible for moving the item to your front door or inside your home.

Front Door or Garage Delivery – Contact Us for a Quote
The delivery team will remove the item from the truck and place it near your garage or front door. It is your responsibility to bring the item inside.

Inside Delivery (Room of Choice) – Contact Us for a Quote
The delivery team will bring the item inside your home and place it in the room of your choice. This service does not include unpacking or assembly.

White Glove Delivery and Installation – Contact Us for a Quote
This premium service includes delivery to your room of choice, professional unpacking, assembly, installation, and removal of all packaging materials. In certain cases, this service may require two separate appointments—one for delivery and another for installation.

Delivery Exceptions That May Incur Additional Charges

Some delivery circumstances require special handling and may result in extra fees, including:

  • Deliveries involving stairs or upper levels
  • Basement, window, or other unconventional access points
  • Delivery sites more than one hundred feet from the nearest accessible entry
  • Weekend or holiday delivery requests
  • Remote or difficult-to-access locations (such as mountainous roads, islands, resorts, or highly congested areas)
  • Shipments outside the forty-eight contiguous United States

If you anticipate any of these conditions applying to your delivery, please let us know during checkout or immediately afterward. We will provide guidance and quote any additional costs in advance.

For orders shipping from multiple vendors, additional shipping charges may apply per shipment. We will always confirm any added costs with you before proceeding.

Oversized Items and Liftgate Service

For items exceeding eighty-five inches in length, we highly recommend selecting a shipping upgrade, such as liftgate or front door delivery.

Please note that freight carriers may require assistance from two to three adults to help unload oversized items. By selecting any upgraded delivery method, you acknowledge this requirement and agree to provide unloading assistance if requested.

After You Place an Order

A detailed order confirmation email will be sent immediately after checkout. Please review the product, shipping address, contact number, and billing details carefully. If you notice any errors, contact us right away.

Within one business day, we will confirm lead times and shipping schedules via email.

If applicable, we will remind you to consider adding liftgate service to simplify your delivery. If your item does not ship via freight, you may disregard this prompt.

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a tracking notification email with all necessary information.

The freight carrier will call the telephone number you provided at checkout to arrange a delivery appointment and confirm a time window for arrival.

While we are here to assist with any questions or issues, please understand that once the item has shipped, delivery delays or issues caused by the freight carrier are outside the control of GameDepot Shop.

What to Do When Your Order Is Delivered

To ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition and to protect your rights as a customer, we strongly recommend that you carefully inspect your shipment at the time of delivery before signing any documents provided by the freight carrier.

Step One: Inspect Before Accepting – Extremely Important

Before accepting the delivery, thoroughly inspect the shipment for the following:

  • Exterior Damage: Examine all sides of the packaging for any signs of dents, holes, tears, crushed corners, or other damage.
  • Concealed Damage: If permitted by the delivery driver, open the packaging and check the product itself for any internal or structural damage.
  • Order Accuracy: Confirm that the product received matches your order and that all components and accessories are included.

We strongly advise you to take clear photographs of both the packaging and the product, especially if there are any concerns about damage or missing items.

Step Two: Determine the Appropriate Action Based on Delivery Condition

Use the following guidelines to decide how to proceed when receiving your order:

Packaging Appears Intact and in Good Condition
Accept the delivery.
On the delivery receipt, write the following statement:
“Possible concealed damage, pending full inspection.”
This statement allows you to file a claim later if hidden damage is discovered after the delivery driver leaves.

⚠️ Packaging is Damaged, but the Product Appears to be in Usable Condition
Accept the delivery.
On the delivery receipt, write a description of the damage, for example:
“Torn corner on box, product appears undamaged – subject to further inspection.”
Take photographs of the damage and notify our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including sending replacement parts if necessary.

Packaging and Product are Severely Damaged or Unusable
Refuse the delivery.
Do not sign the delivery receipt.
Take multiple photographs clearly showing the damage to the packaging and product.
Notify us as soon as possible so that we can coordinate a replacement or alternative solution.
